IT'S LIVE!!!

Hey Reader,

Today is the day.

You Don’t Know Sh*t About Leadership: And Neither Do I is officially out in the world.

That still feels strange to type.

I remember sitting down years ago with the idea that maybe one day I’d write a book. I also remember all the reasons why I shouldn’t.

Who are you?
You’re not an author.
There are already enough leadership books.

And yet… here we are.

This book cost more energy than I expected.

Not just time.

Energy pushing through doubt.
Energy rewriting chapters that weren’t good enough.
Energy crushing my own imposter syndrome.

But I kept going because the message matters.

Leadership matters.

Ego unchecked destroys teams.
Emotional leakage erodes trust.
Discipline ignored quietly weakens credibility.

I wrote this book for leaders who want to do different.
And do better.

Not perfect.

Better.

If you’ve ever felt the weight of responsibility…
If you’ve ever questioned your own decisions late at night…
If you care deeply about the people you lead…

This book is for you.

It’s live right now.

You can grab your copy here:

I’m honoured. I’m grateful. And I’m genuinely excited to finally share this with you.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

Lead Don't Boss,

Scott
